Michael Potenza is a global logistics executive with over 25 years’ experience leading and increasing growth in business. His proven results in organizational leadership, P&L management, people management and business transformation has fostered a high level of performance from his teams that has challenged and driven an agile mindset within organizations.
Michael has vast experience in various senior leadership roles championing commercial growth strategies and BU divisional management across Australia, Asia Pacific and the globe. Prior to joining AWH, Michael spent the last 5 years at Agility Logistics, most recently as its CEO for Australasia. He oversaw a dynamic business covering 3 countries (AU/NZ/PNG) across 14 sites and more than 400 people and notably in the turnaround of a loss-making organization into a profitable business.
Michael holds a Masters of Business from Monash University and lives in Melbourne with his wife and children.

Greg Williamson commenced his career at ExxonMobil, initially in various accounting roles, before progressing into supply chain management, customer service and, eventually, into operations managing plants across Australia.
After 16 years at ExxonMobil, Greg progressed through operational roles at OneSteel and Cement Australia, before commencing a 10-year career with Amcor (now known as Orora Australia). Whilst at Orora, Greg held various supply chain roles, as well as executive positions, including General Manager of Orora's Recycling Division and General Manager of the Paper Groups Supply Chain.
Joining AWH in late 2016, Greg has brought a focus on the customer whilst continuing to drive improvements in safety and productivity. Greg holds the position as Chief Financial Officer.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Monash University and is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional through APICS.

Mia is an accomplished lawyer, governance, risk and compliance and strategy professional. Mia has 12+ years of legal and corporate strategy experience in the entertainment, sports and professional services industries, both nationally and internationally.
Mia has developed skills in diverse areas of law, including Corporate and Commercial, Property, Corporate Governance, Competition and Consumer, Strategic Planning, Risk Management and Dispute Resolution.
Prior to joining AWH, Mia was the Executive Director, Strategy and General Counsel at the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mia is a Non-Executive Director and the Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee of Red Dust Role Models, a non-for-profit organisation that aspires to improve the lives of Indigenous youth.
Mia is also AWH's Company Secretary, and also the Company Secretary of IWD Pty Ltd an AWH associated company.

Adrian is a highly experienced Information Technology professional with over 25 years of expertise in various industries, including healthcare, software development, education, marketing, telecommunications, and retail. He joined AWH in 2023, following a notable tenure at GMHBA.
At GMHBA, Adrian led his team through a challenging period as the company underwent a number of changes. While navigating the complexities of the Covid pandemic and being involved in a company merger, Adrian, and his team, accomplished vacating the head office, re-platforming into two new data centers, and re-engineering and implementing an entirely new technology stack designed for modern workplaces with security in mind at all layers.
Adrian is a valued leader with a track record of delivering exceptional results, even in the most challenging of circumstances. He believes in quality, standards, and a strong customer focus.
Adrian's professional credentials include a Bachelor of Computing and a certification as a TOGAF Enterprise Architect (ID: 138268).

John Ward has worked in a diverse range of industries and roles ranging from electrical contracting, where he managed his own business, to National Operation/Marketing Manager for a large whitegoods service manufacture overseeing 15 Regional sites. John was also the General Manager of DP World WA from December 2014 to May 2016, whilst also performing his duties as AWH’s General Manager, Western Region.
During his time at DP World, John was responsible for managing the total resources for the Fremantle terminal to achieve optimum levels of employee productivity, ROI and state based financial profit. These responsibilities were in addition to ensuring customer expectations were exceeded and translating this into a best practice business across all areas.
John has been instrumental in establishing DAFF (Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry) and mining related quarantine business within AWH which resulted in a new site being built within the Fremantle Port precinct.
John is also member of the Freight and Logistics Council, Chairman of the Port Carriers Group and a member of the Fremantle Port Taskforce. He has studied extensively, obtaining a Bachelor of Business and an Executive Masters Business Administration (MBA) as part of his studies.
John has been with the company for 23 years, covering a variety of roles and responsibilities. He AWH’s General Manager of Western Operations, being responsible for the day to day management of warehouse, distribution, quarantine, and Port related activities across 4 sites, covering 126,000 square metres of warehouse space. In recognition of John’s deep knowledge of AWH’s business operations and the wool industry, John is also responsible for AWH’s wool innovations and standardisation initiatives.

Marnie Briggs is an experienced HR practitioner (CPHR) with broad generalist experience across several diverse industries. After completing a Bachelor of Business (HRM) Marnie engaged in generalist HR roles in aged care and education and complimented this experience with work in recruitment and training, before commencing with AWH in 2013.
Marnie has completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in WHS and is a qualified ICAM lead investigator. Further training includes HR metrics, strategic workforce planning, managing workplace investigations, WHS and risk management, advanced payroll and job evaluation.
Marnie is a business-driven HR professional who cultivates her understanding of AWH’s key objectives and challenges into relevant and effective initiatives for all areas of her responsibility; HR, WHS and Payroll.

Lynsey McLean is a proficient operator and solutions manager with over 25 years’ experience in the 3PL warehousing industry. With a strong background in the management of profit and loss, commercial, and projects.
Lynsey has successfully led a national team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, change management, and believes strongly in the concept of partnerships within service agreements.
Lynsey holds a Masters in Logistics Management from Sydney University and resides in Sydney.
